Other things to note
The unit is located on the 2nd floor. This apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility or physical handicaps as you have to climb stairs.

There is one complimentary mid-stay clean for long-term stays (28 days or more). If you would like additional cleaning, there will be an additional fee. Please make your request at least 48 hours in advance.

We provide a few complimentary essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive: trash bags in all trash cans, toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo and dish soap/dishwasher tabs. Please note that these items are not replenished. If you run out, you’ll need to purchase more.

We also provide fresh towels and linens upon arrival. There will be an additional charge for extra towels and linens.

House Rules:
- No events are allowed. If we find evidence that you are partying inside the property, you will be asked to leave the property immediately by our security team and your security deposit will be retained.
- This property will NOT accommodate stag, hen or any similar parties.
- No illegal substances are allowed on the premises.
- Please note that all special requests are subject to availability, and additional charges may apply.
- Pets are allowed with prior authorization and an extra £20 per pet per night
- NO SMOKING! We strictly implement a non-smoking policy throughout the entire building. Violation of this policy will result in a charge of £250.
- No unregistered guests. Bringing extra people in addition to the number you have booked for is considered a booking violation, and we will have no other choice but to ask everyone to leave the premises, and your security deposit will be retained.
- If you wished to have visitors, you need to inform us prior to arrival. However, they will be not allowed to stay overnight.
- Any damage to this property is chargeable. This accommodation regrets that it cannot accept liability for any valuables left in the apartment or parking vehicles.
- Respect the noise curfew. Our properties are in a private residential area. Therefore, our duty is to strictly implement a no noise policy starting from 10 PM to 7 AM.
- Take extra care of your keys. Keys not left in the designated location as specified in the check-in and check- out instructions will incur a £50 additional charge. A charge of £50 for an emergency callout; £250 for an emergency locksmith charge will be incurred for any loss or unreturned keys.

1.The Reading Room - It’s a lovely space with a small waterfall and it’s very tranquil and green. The food is absolutely delicious for a very reasonable price and the service is impeccable.
2. Veeno - Prime location for the after-work drinks and nicely tucked away from all the hustle and bustle of the town centre.
3. The Corn Stores - Enjoy the interesting menu, wine list, and im- peccable service.
4. Tasty Greek Souvlaki - Hidden gem as the food is actually really good. Real Greek food cooked by real Greeks.

Things to do in Reading
1. Forbury Gardens - The park has a dainty bandstand and ample lawns that fill up with office workers at lunchtime on sunny days.
2. Reading Museum - It explores the town’s past, from its earliest days as a Saxon Settlement, through its Medieval abbey, industrialisation and up to the 21st century. There’s an art by Jacob Epstein and Auguste Rodin in the Windows Gallery, while the Huntley & Palmers Gallery charts the biscuit-making industry that buoyed Reading’s economy in Victorian times.
3. Basildon Park - You can go in to appreciate the restoration work and learn how the Iliffes searched for appropriate fittings across the country.
